APPLIED DIFFRACTION REFINEMENT

X-ray powder diffraction is one of the most common in-house characterisation methods, used to provide information on a host of different samples including metals, ceramics, battery materials and pharmaceuticals. This course will explore powder diffraction refinement techniques used to analyse the data obtained.

This three-day programme is comprised of site tours, case studies, roundtables and targeted discussions. The agenda will follow the Chatham House Rule; all participants by virtue of participation agree that anyone who comes to a meeting is free to use information from the discussion but is not allowed to name the person who made any particular comment. This increases openness of discussion.
Commercialisation for Materials Scientists
