Join the Henry Royce Institute in celebrating International Women’s Day with a career panel highlighting the achievements of women in Material Science and Engineering!

Dr Niamh Fox from the Department of Materials will moderate a panel featuring speakers from diverse roles, career stages, and across materials science research areas, who will share their career paths and experiences. The discussion aims to showcase the diverse opportunities within Material Science and Engineering and help foster meaningful discussions between panellists and the audience about the experiences of women in these dynamic roles.

The event is open to all, but will be of interest to university staff, current undergraduate students and graduates interested in Materials Science and Engineering careers.

The career panel will last approximately one hour, with a light lunch to follow at 12:30 for all participants.

We aim to maintain an inclusive atmosphere throughout the event, and welcome questions and participation from all who attend.
