All delegates attending the Henry Royce Institute National Conference are invited to join us for our inaugural Imaging and Characterisation Showcase which will take place from 9am on both days of the Royce National Conference, as well as during the lunch breaks, at the Royce Hub Building
The Showcase will promote Royce Imaging and Characterisation capabilities from across the Partnership, embracing our state-of-the-art equipment which can probe the structure, composition, and mechanical properties of all materials from macro down to nanoscale.
Royce investment means that the institute has some of the most innovative imaging and characterisation equipment in the world, which is available to both Industry and Academia.
Our ultra-modern X-ray and microscopy facilities allow a deep understanding of advanced materials. In-situ characterisation techniques mean we can test and research the performance of materials in highly demanding environments, in temperatures above 1,000 °C.
Royce Partners house this equipment in state-of-the-art specialist laboratories and can draw on Technical and Academic expertise to provide real solutions in the discovery and creation of innovative materials.
Our Academic and Research Technical professional teams are supporting the transition of ideas from initial idea, through proof of concept, development and industry testing. We also offer state-of-the-art equipment access which support this process.
Coffee and pastries will be available during the morning session on both days, and delegates can enjoy their conference lunch before walking up to view the Showcase at lunchtime.
