Events at the Henry Royce Institute

The Henry Royce Institute's 'Atoms to Devices' research area is looking to network and get to know businesses that work in semiconductors, device manufacturing, photonics, optoelectronics, printed photovoltaics, nanolithography, thin film manufacturing or quantum dots, devices and computing. 

This workshop will provide an introduction to advanced in-situ nanomechanical testing techniques inside the Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), and how these compliment other SEM analytical techniques, e.g. hardness/modulus mapping co-localised with EDS/EBSD.

This webinar, hosted by the Royce Data Curation Team, takes a conversational approach to presenting the motivation of our speaker to implement Open Research practices in their work, and will feature a demonstration on using the software ScaleBarIT: a free Windows desktop application that enables users to add scale bars to their microscopy images
