Detailed Description

The inVia Qontor spectrometer has LiveTrack™ focus tracking technology and enables users to analyse samples with uneven, curved or rough surfaces. Optimum focus is maintained in real time during data collection. This removes the need for time consuming manual focusing, pre-scanning
or sample preparation. We have customised our instrument so that the 532, 633 and 785 nm lasers can be directed to an inverted stage as well into a glovebox via fibre optic probe to allow in situ experiments with air sensitive samples. WiRE controls the acquisition of spectra and provides dedicated data processing and analysis options, so you can, for example, identify an unknown spectrum, remove its background, or even determine the distribution of particles in megapixel-sized Raman images.
