Our Services

Industrial Collaboration Programme

ICP is a cornerstone of our offer to industry, fostering dynamic innovation projects that bridge industry, universities, and research technology organisations. This funding programme builds impactful relationships, facilitating the translation of materials innovation across the economic value chain, from start-ups to corporates and from materials discovery to the production of final products.

Corporate Collaboration

Royce partners with large corporates to support their materials R&D needs. Recognising that not all companies are materials specialists, we form strategic agreements to understand long-term requirements and address them through materials development. Our projects range from months to years and can include extended residence for industry personnel within Royce facilities.

Application Scientist Support

Royce employs a dedicated team of Application Scientists to support Sprint projects for Industry collaborators. Our team of Scientists can support your R&D projects working across Royce facilities or provide dedicated consultancy for new product development, testing or innovation projects. Our Application Scientists provide hands-on, versatile research support to technical projects and have expertise spanning across each Royce Research Area.
