NGI
National Graphene Institute – home to Royce 2D Materials theme and a range of capability.

Join the Henry Royce Institute for a workshop on the latest research in Graphene and 2D Materials:

COMPOSITES.
MEMBRANES.
ELECTRONICS.
DEVICE FABRICATION.
MODELLING.
CHARACTERISATION.

2D materials are a new class of raw materials that can be used in a variety of applications and markets. These include filtration, barrier coatings and composites for improving thermal, electrical and mechanical properties.

Join the Royce’s latest workshop to learn more about research in the field, and how it is underpinned by infrastructure and accessible equipment based at the National Graphene Institute (NGI) and the Graphene Engineering and Innovation Centre (GEIC).

Throughout the workshop, hosted at the National Graphene Institute, delegates will hear about research in 2D materials and a variety of applications – each session will also highlight the capability of equipment available to industry and academia.

Day 2 will feature a special workshop on Nano Infrared Spectroscopy, led by Dr Aravind Vijayaraghavan and Bruker, manufacturers of the Royce’s NanoIR3 system.
