Monica Alberto holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and brings extensive experience from both industry and academia, with a focus on chemical engineering and materials science. Her work involved the development and optimisation of composite materials for diverse applications in membrane technology, such as desalination, water purification, gas separation, as well as for improved mechanical properties. She is a creative and curious problem-solver and approaches projects with enthusiasm and passion, driving continuous improvement and innovation to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all.
