Jon Meegan obtained his PhD from the University of Leeds in 2001 and holds a Chartership with the Royal Society of Chemistry. He joined Cytec Engineered Materials in 2007 as a member of the Product Development team, and over 14 years developed and launched a number of commercial thermoset composite products. In 2020, Jon moved into his current role of a Solvay Research Fellow where he is accountable for several key research collaborations, bringing new research or strategic perspectives into Solvay and developing the skills and expertise of colleagues within the company.
