Jane is a Non-Executive Director of Norsk Hydro ASA, a leading aluminium and renewable energy company and is the joint Chair of the UK Hydrogen Delivery Council. She served as a Non-Executive Director at Victrex Plc, a FTSE 250 sustainable materials company, where she chaired the Corporate Responsibility Committee. Her executive career included being the Chief Executive of the Catalyst Technologies Business, Sector Chief Executive of Efficient Natural Resources and Division Director of the Platinum Group Metal Services Business at Johnson Matthey PLC. Jane worked internationally for many years, for companies such as Borealis, ICI and Uniqema based in Europe and the US. She has advised the UK government on cleantech growth and the energy transition and in 2024 was awarded an OBE for services to hydrogen. Jane holds an MA in Natural Sciences (Chemistry) from the University of Oxford.
