Jack McGhee is a senior application scientist for the Centre of Expertise in Advanced Materials and Sustainability (CEAMS). He has a background in both academia and industry working with functional coatings, additive manufacturing, electronics, and energy storage systems. Previous projects in his career include developing materials and manufacturing processes for 3D electromagnetic metamaterials, sustainable formulation scale up and recycling processes for lithium-ion battery electrodes and printed sensor systems for the Internet of Things (IoT). At the Royce, he is involved in supporting the business engagement team with project development and leading an applications team to deliver translational research between academia and industry.
