A graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Hardik started his career as a Procurement and Operations Engineer responsible for handling material management and plant erection with a manufacturing start-up. Following this, Hardik joined an energy product manufacturing company as a Research Engineer. He has worked as a Product Manager responsible for the design and development of metering products with an emphasis on innovation and optimization in products both at the design and process front.
With a career in Engineering, he has envisioned himself at the forefront of amalgamative solution making by combining technology with business processes. Hardik is currently pursuing an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School with a focus on Strategy and Business Development and an avid interest in leveraging innovation and technological development to transform business. He joins the Sustainable Materials Innovation Hub as a Business Development Intern helping to develop a strategic marketing plan to identify SMEs who may benefit from support in innovating their use of plastics and lowering carbon footprints.
