The XPS facilities at the Henry Royce Institute are running an XPS training event over 3 afternoons from 18 – 20th January, 2022.
The first session provides an overview of XPS instrumentation, theory and practice. This session is suitable for anyone who has recently started doing XPS or would like to get an overview of the technique so they can start using it.
The second session is ideal for beginning users who have data and would like to know more about how to approach data analysis.
The third session is optional and provides an opportunity for participants to discuss more complicated data analysis or potential experiments with facility staff.
The event will be delivered hybrid: virtual training with in-person support available at each site (Universities of Leeds, Manchester, Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial) – to be confirmed.
