The Sustainable Materials Innovation (SMI) Hub’s sustainability workshop: It’s Not Easy Being Green, provides free impartial advice and expertise around plastics use and circularity, supporting your business to use plastics more sustainably and efficiently.
During the workshop, you’ll engage with and learn from sustainability and polymer experts, who can help your business create a roadmap to increase sustainability.
Following an introduction to plastics, including production, processing and recycling, you’ll tour the SMI Hub labs, and hear more about microplastics and upcoming policy changes that could affect your business.
Following sign up, the team will be in touch to arrange an introductory meeting and registration, and you’ll have the opportunity to provide us with your plastic product or packaging for lab testing, the results of which will be shared during the workshop.
