Overview
This year’s Co-Created Futures Conference will bring together academics, policymakers, industry leaders, and community partners to showcase co-developed and co-produced environmental sustainability research across three core themes: materials, energy, and nature.
Through keynote talks, interactive sessions, and networking opportunities, this event will facilitate avenues for attendees to influence the future direction of practice, policy, and innovation in our society.
This event is tailored for:
* Professionals working in innovation, sustainability, community engagement, education, urban planning, or organisational development,
* Researchers and academics interested in future-focused questions and collaborative methods and,
* Students and emerging leaders seeking to connect with innovators and deepen their understanding of future-oriented practice

Poster Competition Showcase
The conference will also feature poster submissions from The University of Manchester Early Career Researchers and PhD students. The competition invites participants to present their work around the conference’s core themes—materials, energy, and nature.
Posters will be displayed throughout the event, giving attendees the opportunity to view all submissions and vote for their favourite. The winning posters will be announced at the close of the conference and shared across our social media platforms.
