M3C Kick-Off Event

This event will be an informal kick-off meeting launching the Manchester Materials Modelling Centre (M3C), providing an informal forum in which to discuss the Centre, its remit and aims.

We will have general open discussion sessions and group sessions to focus discussion on specific topics, e.g. potential future small scale workshops focussed on given scientific areas or funding calls. A number of talks will be given in the broad area of “nano and microstructural materials modelling”. A full programme and schedule will be announced closer to the time.
