Description
The system combines the capability of magnetron sputtering, arc evaporation, HiPIMS (High Power Impulse Magnetron Sputtering), nanoparticle source, micro-wave generation together with advanced plasma diagnostics including optical and Langmuir probes. A range of DLC (diamond-like carbon), nitride, carbon, and oxide coatings can be deposited with the system on both conductive and non-conductive substrates.
