Description
We have two autoclaves for ultra-slow strain rate and low-cycle fatigue studies at up to 100kN. Our research focuses on demonstrating material performance, specifically to assess corrosion fatigue and crack growth rates in light water reactor environments at temperatures up to 360°C and 200 bar. The systems are equipped with Direct Current Potential Drop (DCPD) for crack growth rate measurements of up to 3 Compact Tension specimens loaded in series.
