Description
Used for deposition of high density, multi-component metallic films onto substrates at relatively low substrate temperatures. Films have good adhesion and coating uniformity with some coverage of non-line-of-sight surfaces. Conical cathodes are used for deposition (specialised targets may need to be procured by the customer). 90° bend and straight duct filters are available to minimise incorporation of microdroplets.
