Electrical Characterisation Modes of Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM)

The University of Sheffield and Bruker Nano Surfaces would like to invite you to a workshop on Electrical Characterisation Modes of Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) on the 8th of June 2023 at the Royce Discovery Centre, Sheffield.

The workshop will be an opportunity to learn about the Dimension XR AFM and the research taking place using AFM across research fields spanning a range of functional materials, from semiconductors to battery materials and beyond.

It will be covering nano electrical and nano electrochemical capabilities of Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) through talks and practical sessions. There will be a tour of the Royce Nanocharacterisation lab where we will be showcasing the capabilities and experiments possible with Royce’s full range of microscopes, including the in-house, fully upgraded Bruker Dimension XR AFM with new Nanoscope 6 controller.
