Description
The Tescan Vega3 has integrated EDX for quantitative elemental analysis, low vacuum mode with chamber pressure down to 500Pa for non-conducting specimens, high level of automation and with the intuitive software and touchscreen control it is incredibly easy to use.
Uses / Applications
Structural biology, cell and tissue morphology, biomedical engineering (microfibers, ceramics, cardiovascular stents, collagen scaffolds).
Non-coated and highly charging samples can be observed either by using low accelerating voltages or under cryogenic conditions.
Specification
Unique four-lens Wide Field Optics™ design. Intermediate Lens (IML) that works as an Aperture Changer. Real time In-Flight Beam Tracing™. High-throughput large-area automation. Ideal geometry for EDX. Superior specimen handling using a fully motorized compucentric stage.
