About the Host, Dr. Valentina Guerra

Dr. Valentina Guerra, is an engineer with a strong background in material science, processing optimisation, automation and project management. Gaining her Doctorate in Engineering from the University of Warick and since developing a deep expertise in her field, she has continuously strived for innovation and excellence throughout her career. Specialising in project management, Valentina has successfully led complex projects from conceptualization to execution, leveraging her technical knowledge and leadership skills to achieve outstanding results.

Her passion for supporting and mentoring aspiring engineers has driven her to found Engineering Success, a platform designed to empower engineers to shape the future.
